- Pick the office that fitsSquare footage, window, location, and term length. We confirm the all-in monthly the same day.
- Move in. Run your business.Furnished, internet-ready, professional. The office fades into the background; the work moves forward.

- Can I bring my own furniture or sign? Yes for furniture (offices are unfurnished by request); signage is reviewed once and approved during onboarding.
- Can my team grow into adjacent suites? Yes -- we hold adjacent suites for member growth before listing them publicly when there's interest signaled at signing.
- Both locations are open 24/7 for members. Front desk is staffed Mon-Fri, 8-5.
- Furnished private offices include a desk, chair, and locking storage. Gigabit wired + Wi-Fi internet is included.
- Mail is accepted and handled at the front desk. Members can also book a private mailbox.
- Term Memberships convert month-to-month after the initial term completes.
