- Pick the office that fitsSquare footage, window, location, and term length. We confirm the all-in monthly the same day.
- Move in. Run your business.Furnished, internet-ready, professional. The office fades into the background; the work moves forward.

- Can I add a second office mid-term? Yes -- adjacent suites are added at the going rate; no penalty for adding capacity.
- Can I release an office if hiring slows? Yes -- give 30 days' notice. The flex is the point of the program.
- Both locations are open 24/7 for members. Front desk is staffed Mon-Fri, 8-5.
- Furnished private offices include a desk, chair, and locking storage. Gigabit wired + Wi-Fi internet is included.
- Mail is accepted and handled at the front desk. Members can also book a private mailbox.
- Term Memberships convert month-to-month after the initial term completes.
